Marmorino Naturale - Marble Based Powder Plaster

Product Description:

Marmorino Naturale is a mixture of selected dusts and marble flakes with added select lime. Marmorino Naturale is an interior and exterior durable plaster finish. With its natural ingredients the Marmorino is only available in selected colors.

• Preparation: Whether in interior or exterior application both require a flat, plaster ready surface. First wall should be clean and free of all holes and then primed with Meoded Quartz Primer.
• Mixing Marmorino Naturale is to be mixed with water until the material consistency is of a paste. Typically this is 30% to 35% water. You will need to be the judge of the consistency to what works best for your type of application. You must use a mechanical agitator such as a drill mixer to blend the Marmorino to a consistent paste. After material is mixed the material must stand for at least 20 minutes, enabling the lime to start to react with the water.
  Note: Once the material has been mixed and starts to set up, the bucket life is about 4 hours. In order to slow down the material a little water can be added, when adding the water you must control the consistency to ensure proper application.
• Application: To achieve a smooth finish you must apply your first coat in joint compound fashion. First coat, should then dry overnight. Second coat, should be applied in the same fashion using less material and lightly pressed upon application.
• Tinting: Marmorino Naturale is only available in the actual colors of the marble; but it is intermixable, enabling you to slightly shift colors.
• Coverage: 15 kilo 100 to 120 sq. ft.
• Container: 15 kilo
